Refund policy

We want each of our customers to be satisfied and look forward to hearing from you to improve your experience. 

US ORDERS

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you would like a return or exchange. We are happy to process your request so long as:

1. We receive your refund request within 14 days of delivery.
2. The product is new and undamaged. Please take care to package it well.
   
3. You kindly understand you are responsible for the cost of shipping back to us.

Wrong order or damaged shipment:  If you received a wrong product or damaged shipment, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Send an email to hello@sparkcollection.com with the full name on the order, billing address, order number, and images of the product.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Returns and exchanges are not available for orders outside the United States as shipping costs are prohibitive. Please kindly make sure you are aware of all customs or duties that your country may impose.
